Our repair facility enables us to provide our customers with excellent service. You can expect fast and friendly service from Hytorc. The repair department's average turn around is 24 to 48 hours on tools or pumps. We now provide an on-site repair and preventative maintenance service.
HYTORC Central is an authorized HYTORC repair location!
How the Hytorc Repair Facility Operates:
- The broken or damaged item is shipped to us. Item(s) should be accompanied by the HYTORC Repair Form*.
- Once received by us the item is torn down and inspected.
- We will then contact the customer with a repair estimate either by fax, phone or email.
- The customer will have the option to approve the repair or to replace the item if it is considered Beyond Economical Repair (BER)
- Upon approval of the repair and/or calibration, the item will be repaired, tested, calibrated and returned to the customer.
Repair Terms and Conditions:
- Terms are Net 30
- Freight is FOB Ship Point
ALL TOOLS SENT IN FOR REPAIRS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE REPAIR FORM.

*NOTE: To use this form, download pdf document, fill out and send along with tool(s) to be repaired. Please include all special instructions as well as any and all Serial or ID numbers to ensure repair PO's get paid in a timely fashion. Also be sure to include whether the customer would like the tools calibrated. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

HYTORC has the largest stock of rental tools and accessories in the industry, strategically located around the globe. A new opportunity to use studied materials for controlled bolting!
RENTAL Policy
- You can rent the necessary equipment for any job on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
- You can rent over a 12 month period.
- You can lease the tools over 24 months interest-free and release new tools thereafter.
- You can rent to own over a 24 month period. The rates are adjusted to include a final payment according to the book value of the tools.
- All rented equipment is warrantied with free loaner equipment. The word 'Misuse' is not part of our vocabulary!
- Custom tool kits are available for all applications.
- Tool Containers are available for monthly rentals.
All accessories can be rented, except for the HYTORC Washer™ or the HYTORC Nut™.
They will have to be purchased but come with a free first job supervision of your crew or contractor to cut bolting in half, to assure safety and job reliability with our Money-back Guarantee!
